We would like to inform you that Debit Circles Sdn Bhd (“Vircle”) will be making the following changes to our Fees and Charges Schedule:
Introduction of Card Top Up Charges
Starting from 1st February 2025, we will be introducing fees for eWallet top ups made with these payment cards.
All Malaysia Bank issued Credit Cards : 1% of the eWallet Top Up Amount
All Foreign Cards : 2% of the eWallet Top Up Amount (capped at 1% fee until further notice)
The fee will be added directly to the cardholder’s top up request, similar to the implementation of other mainstream eWallets in Malaysia.
Example:
If a user requests to top up RM100 via Malaysian credit card or a foreign bank issued card, the payment card shall be charged RM101 (inclusive of a 1% fee of RM1), with the user’s eWallet receiving the full RM 100 as requested.
We encourage everyone to use FPX Online banking or Malaysian-issued Debit cards to continue performing top ups free of charge.
Updates to Card Top Up Limit
Upon the introduction of the top up charges, the current monthly top up limit for cards at RM1,000 per month will be removed.
By continuing to use Vircle and our services thereafter, it is understood that you have accepted the new Fees and Charges Schedule.
