Content Creator Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Engaging Video Content: Ideate, shoot, and produce captivating video content for Vircle’s social media and advertising channels, including both long-form and short-form videos.

  • Social Media Insights: Prepare detailed reports and provide insights from our social media efforts to drive continuous improvement.

  • Boost Social Media Presence: Take charge of growing our social media followers and engagement via meaningful and engaging content.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Host or participate in TikTok/Instagram Live sessions.

  • Conduct street interviews to connect with our audience.

  • Support various ad-hoc growth initiatives as part of Vircle's dynamic team.

Sales Executive - School Segment

Role Overview

You will join our sales organization, driving new B2B sales across Malaysia, specifically targeting private, international, and public schools. As Vircle grows, there’s potential for this role to evolve into a senior regional position.

You will travel to key regions in Malaysia (Klang Valley, North, South and East Malaysia), and turn schools into Vircle customers. You will not just pitch whatever product Vircle has but you will have a deep understanding of the problems that schools, parents and students face, and craft solutions that can help them, either with Vircle's existing products & services or new ones. That's right! You can have an impact on what we build as a fintech company.

We have 4 positions open.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and demand generation by onboarding new schools onto the Vircle platform.

  • Increase the total GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) per school, encouraging schools to maximize their use of Vircle’s services.

  • Boost average GMV spend per child and GMV growth per merchant within schools.

  • Demonstrate proven experience in opening new markets, developing customer relationships, and solution-based selling.

  • Pitch effectively to diverse stakeholders, including school boards, Private Equity owners, and school executives, delivering technical product demos that showcase how Vircle reduces operational time, effort, cost and mistakes.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, school leaders) to secure new deals.

  • Develop pre-sales presentations and formulate commercial offerings; prior experience in solution selling is essential.

  • Leverage networks within public, private, and international school segments for business development.

Desired Traits

  • Proven experience in business development, pre-sales, and account management within solutions-based sales. You excel in both hunting new business and farming existing clients.

  • Experience selling into the education sector, particularly schools in Malaysia, is a strong advantage.

  • Technical proficiency in conducting product demos and addressing both business and technical inquiries. You’ll work closely with the Ops team to ensure seamless delivery of closed deals.

  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities by aligning schools/merchants with platform capabilities to drive GMV growth.

  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia to build relationships with schools, state education departments, and partner agencies.

  • Mandarin language skills are a plus, and we aim to hire at least one candidate proficient in Mandarin for this role.

  • Ability to handle the complete sales cycle, from opening doors to closing deals and securing contracts.

  • Having existing network of private, international, public national or Chinese independent schools.
